2025 Jan : UPLB Visit for Micro-credential Research

From January 20th to 24th, 2025, Dr. Kawamura, Dr. PERALEZ Teodoro, and Dr. Tomita visited the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) to research the current status and future directions of micro-credentials in the Philippines. On January 21st, they attended a micro-credential seminar by Associate professor Edmund G. Centeno. And they visited the University of the Philippines Rural High School on January 22nd where they identified the potential for collaborative creation of micro-credentials related to conceptual inquiry. On January 23rd, they participated in an inter-university collaboration council on micro-credentials held at Miriam College, confirming the status of collaboration among various universities and organizations.
